Refund Policy

At Habibi NY, we want you to explore new fragrances without hesitation. Our return policy is designed to give you confidence in every purchase.

Full-Size Fragrance Purchases

Every full-size fragrance comes with a trial-size vial.
Try the vial first. If you love it, enjoy your full-size bottle!
If you do not like the vial, do not open the full-size bottle. Contact us at returns@habibiny.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Important: Returns must be initiated within 14 days to ensure products have remained in optimal storage conditions for resale.

Return Shipping

First-time customers: We provide a free return label.
Returning customers: A $12 flat return fee will be deducted from your refund. We’ll email you instructions for creating your return label.

Returned full-size bottles must be unopened, unused, and securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Trial-size vials are yours to keep regardless of return status.

Gift with Purchase Returns

If your original order qualified for a free gift (e.g., "free gift with $200 purchase"), and your return causes your order total to drop below the minimum threshold:

The free gift must be returned as well.
If the gift is missing or used, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Fragrance Collective Subscription Policy

Fragrance Collective subscribers receive exclusive, limited-batch monthly scents designed for full enjoyment.

Please note:

Fragrance Collective subscriptions are non-refundable once the monthly order has been processed and shipped.
If you wish to cancel, cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Because Fragrance Collective products are crafted in limited quantities and personalized for our subscribers, we do not offer returns or refunds for subscription shipments unless your product arrives damaged. For exchanges, if you are unhappy with the current month's scent we will compensate for next month’s scent [give it to you free] in hopes it is more in line with your preferences.

If your product arrives damaged, please email returns@habibiny.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and policy reasons, the following products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

Rollerball perfumes
Hair and skin care products (beard oil, hair oil, body wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner)
Discovery/Sample Sets
Everlasting Love Rollerball Sets
Orders placed during flash sales (e.g., Flash25, VIP25 promotions)

Important Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

Products must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging.
Opened, used, or damaged products may be refused or only partially refunded based on condition.

Shipping Costs and Address Changes

Shipping costs are non-refundable, including orders that initially qualified for free shipping.
If a package is undelivered, refused, or unclaimed (without error on our part), shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Address changes after order placement are the customer's responsibility, including any carrier fees.

Exchange Policy

Products eligible for exchange must meet the return eligibility conditions:

Initiate the exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Product must be unopened and in resaleable condition.
Exchanges incur a $10 processing fee, which will be invoiced upon receipt of the returned product.

Products may be exchanged for an item of equal, lesser, or greater value. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

Return Shipping Instructions

If you choose not to use our provided return label, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and sharing the tracking number with us.

Habibi NY (Habibi Lux Products LLC) is not responsible for lost return packages.
