We want our customers to try our fragrance with assurance and without any hassle of expensive returns.
With each full size fragrance we include a trial size sample vial with it to try out first. If you like the trial size vial, then you open and keep the full-size bottle. If for any reason you don't like the sample, do not open the full-size bottle and please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order.
It is important that the return in initiated within the first 14 days of receipt as we have to ensure that the product has been in optimal storage conditions and are resellable.
We will email you with instructions on how to create a return label. Simply send back the unopened full size fragrance bottle to us within 14 days after initiating the return label. A $12 flat return fee will be deducted from your refund for the shipping and handling of the return. If a customer's first order includes a full-size fragrance bottle, we provide a free return label for that order, provided it meets our return policy criteria. We will issue you a refund within 5 business days of receiving it. As always, the trial size samples are yours to keep.
If your order contained "Free Gifts with a Minimum Purchase Amount" (i.e. Free gift with orders over $200, etc) and after your refund, the total is below the minimum threshold, the free gift products are also required to be shipped back with the purchased products to receive a full refund/credit.
If the free gifts have been used or are not shipped back, the value of those gifts will be deducted from the refund amount up to or equal to the entire refund value available.
Returns sent back after 14 days of initiation will not be accepted for a refund. We reserve the right to honor the return for store credit in the form of a gift card if the product is in acceptable condition.
The fragrance should be packed securely so that it doesn't move around inside the box to ensure no damage occurs to the product itself.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The EVERLASTING LOVE OIL ROLLERBALL SET is *NON-REFUNDABLE* due to COVID protocols as this roller ball is applied directly to skin.
All Hair & Skin Care Products are non-refundable. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept the following products for returns: beard oil, hair oil, body wash, body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner.
Products bought during flash sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Our flash sales offer the lowest prices that we can offer on our fragrances and therefore are excluded from our refund/exchange policy.
If you are not 100% sure about a fragrance, we advise you use another promotion and not the flash sale coupon code (Flash25, VIP25, etc) or purchase the Discovery/Sample Set first.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse a return depending on the condition of the product when it is sent back. To be eligible for a refund, all returns must be sealed in original packaging, must be unopened, unused and in resaleable condition.
Opened, used, or damaged product returns may be refused for a full refund. In some instances a partial refund may be given after deducting costs according to the amount of product used or damage to packaging.
If the order was eligible for free shipping or if the customer paid for shipping, the shipping cost is always non-refundable. If your package was undelivered, unclaimed, returned and/or refused due to no error on our part, Habibi NY is not responsible for the shipping fee or for reshipping it. If you, as the customer choose to get a refund instead of reshipping it, the initial shipping fee (if it was eligible for free shipping or paid by the customer) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once the order has shipped to the address originally entered by the customer, any fees or charges to change or update the address with the shipping carrier are the customer's responsibility.
Please note, the Everlasting Love Rollerball Set and the Discovery/Sample sets are non-refundable. Also, international orders are not eligible for a free return label. For any international returns, the customer is responsible for the shipment fees back to us.
In order for a product to be eligible for an exchange, the product must comply with all of the conditions listed above in reference to initiating the exchange (exchange must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of product and sent back within 14 days of getting a return label). The product must be in original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition. It can be exchanged for a product less than, equal to, or more than the original product price and the price shall be adjusted for the difference. There is a $10 exchange processing fee for every order which will be invoiced upon receipt of the return product.
If you choose not to use our return label (which is a UPS Ground label for $12 flat fee deducted from your refund) and would like to send it back on your own, we recommend using a delivery service that is trackable and you are able to share tracking number with us. Habibi NY (Habibi Lux Products LLC) is not responsible for any lost packages. Packages lost during delivery back to us are the sole responsibility of the customer and not eligible for a refund.
