At Habibi NY, every order is hand-packed in New York and dispatched with care. Below you'll find everything about how your order ships, how to track it, and what to expect for international delivery.

Free Shipping Threshold

All U.S. orders of $105 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping — no code required. The free-shipping offer applies automatically at checkout when your cart reaches the threshold.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET on a business day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays are dispatched the following business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

International Orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination — most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Habibi NY is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • International orders are not eligible for our free-shipping threshold.

Address Changes

Address changes after order placement are the customer's responsibility, including any carrier fees. If you need to update a shipping address, email customersupport@habibiny.com as soon as possible — we can usually accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or has been lost in transit, please email customersupport@habibiny.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). Our team will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
